is Michigan’s premier journal for well-being. It is a free, bimonthly publication with a readership of 125,000 people who are committed to improving themselves— body, mind and spirit.

Mike served as the graphic designer for almost two years and helped the publication make the transition from a black and white tabloid on newsprint to a professional standard-sized glossy magazine. This essentially meant recreating the magazine from scratch in the span of two months! A new format was adopted to allow for vibrant color, and new ad sizes had to be established; every existing advertisement had to be resized and colored to fit the new format.
